The performing teams capture the attention of Gladiators at the final senior showcase with each kick, twirl, step and cheer.

Time for Twirling

Ishita Bansal

Thank you for having me as your captain. Your diligence and enthusiasm at 6:15 a.m. practices with me barking counts at you never ceases to impress me and makes me proud to call myself a member of this team. Always remember to hold yourselves accountable to what you’ve committed yourself to, but communicate and be open with one another when you feel you can’t meet certain goals. Nothing is a failure as long as you keep trying to improve. Never be complacent.

I love you all dearly. Thank you for every laugh, tear and hoarse throat. You’ve got this!

Leilani Lee

Although we’ve had our ups and downs throughout the season, I’m forever grateful for this team. Being part of this team has created many everlasting memories. I’ll miss you guys and good luck for the next season!! :)

As a senior, co-captain, I’ve never been happier and prouder of my team! I’m so ecstatic and grateful for all that has happened in these past years! Although it is sad for it all come to an end, I'm glad to say it was an experience I’ll truly miss.

At the senior showcase I gave it my all, shared many tears and took many photos for my memories! I hope for the years to come the girls will stay true to themselves and create connections with everyone, and not only that, but have fun with smiles on their faces!!

Here's to Cheer

Lena Garafalo

I'm going to miss being on this team so much. I've been on this team since I was a freshman

and I've spent so much of my time at practice. I always loved performing the most. We put so

much effort into our performances and I'm so proud of how great we did this year. The

showcase was so much fun to cheer at and knowing that it was going to be the last time

that I cheered at NHP made me sad, but grateful for the experience that I had on the

team. I'm so happy that I have been able to be a part of such a hardworking team.

For future captains, the most important thing is to have fun and work hard. I can't wait to see what you girls will put together next year. You're all going to do great and I'm going to miss all of you!

Madison Reilly

Being a captain for this team has been one of the most rewarding and amazing experiences I could’ve asked for in high school. Watching my team grow and work hard to learn new things every practice was so important for me to see. Every time we performed, I was proud to call myself a captain of our team. Performing with you all for the last time was so bittersweet, I know I will miss these experiences in the future, but I'm confident the team is left in good hands and I can’t wait to see what you all accomplish in the future.

Keep Kickin'

Julia Esposito

I can’t believe our time together is coming to an end. We've been through it all and I couldn’t imagine doing it with anyone else.

To my girls: keep your kicks to the sky and enjoy the time you spend together, even if it’s at 6 a.m. I will miss you all so much and expect you guys to send me videos of all the performances next year!

Alison Leontis

Thank you for having me for the last two years. The bonds and experiences I have created from being on this team are truly unmatched and have been a huge part of my high school experience that I will forever be grateful for. I wish the future captains and team members nothing but love and success!

Emily McKenna

My year as a Romanette was so incredible, the memories that I had on this team will stick with me forever and I am beyond grateful for such a great time that truly feels like family.

Stepping Up with Step Team

Melinda Mathew

Thank you for the making my step team experience one to remember. I love each and every one of you very much and I know that no matter how much I yell at you guys (sorry about that ), we are always a team. Thank you for always pulling through when needed and STEPping ;) up to the plate. I’m so happy that I am able to call you guys my sisters. Always remember that if you feel dumb doing the dance, you’re doing it right! What team? STEP TEAM!

Abigail Varghese

Step Team has truly been such a wonderful group of people who have really made my high school career so enjoyable. Step Team was a welcoming and true group of women who had passion for performing and dance. I am going to miss the early morning, late night practices, costumes/uniforms and the performances we put on for the town and school. I love each and every member of the team and will miss them so much.
